Terms of Use
At Wasahi we always try to apply best practices to serve our customers and make whole process of doing business easy pleasant.
SHIPMENT
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS from which you will be able to track your order. We accept payment via debit or credit card and Bank Transfer only.
EXCHANGE
As all the products are specifically made for Buyers so it is not possible to exchange the products. If you find any problem with the items delivered you can file a complaint or ask for a refund.
CANCELLATION
The buyer can request for cancellation of an order after the order has been placed. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order an approval must be obtained from the factory, printing house, or supplier. Buyer can be charged for the costs incurred so far such as printing, tools and other equipment, raw materials used.
RETURN
If you find any problem with the delivered products or it is not according to pre agreed terms then you can return the items and we will make a refund or if Buyer wants to keep the products and wants to be compensated for the problem in certain products then we can make a partial refund and you keep the products.
REFUND
In case there is problem with the products delivered and they are not as per agreed terms, the buyer can ask for refund. In order to get the refund please follow the following steps;
1. You can send the parcel back from any courier company of your choice.
2. Please mention the order ID on the Packet at the time of delivery.
3. Products should be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for return.
4. Please send a parcel to our address specified on order receipt.
5. Please share the tracking number with us via phone, sms or email so we can track your parcel.
6. For bank transfers, the customer will bear the deduction of bank charge.
7. Once we have received your parcel, we will start the refund process.
8. The Transaction will be made in 10-20 working days from the date of the parcel received.
